Membership Agreement & Payment Authorization
By purchasing this membership, I, the undersigned (or clicking “I Agree”), understand and agree to the following terms set forth by World Dance Co.:
Commitment Term: I agree to a mandatory commitment period of [12 months / 6 months]. I understand that this is not a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled at any time.
Payment Schedule: I authorize World Dance Co. to automatically charge my credit card on file the sum of [$125.00 / $140.00] CAD (plus applicable taxes) every month for the duration of the commitment term.
No Early Cancellation: I acknowledge that I am responsible for the full payment of the entire term. Cancellations before the term ends are not permitted, and the remaining balance will become immediately due if payment fails or is stopped.
Exclusions: This pass includes unlimited regular classes but specifically excludes Zumba and Ballroom classes, which must be purchased separately.
Default: In the event of a declined transaction, I agree to update my payment method within 48 hours. World Dance Co. reserves the right to suspend access until the account is current.
